I first came to Vinyasa Yoga many years ago while living in California. As well as the many physical benefits - stronger, more flexible, fewer aches and pains, I also noticed positive mental and emotional changes - I felt more balanced, calmer, more patient, better able to tackle challenges in life and work. Yoga helped me in so many ways.

Now back in Parsons Green, London and juggling busy life as a mother, I’m passionate about helping others find what they need through yoga, whether it’s the benefits to their body, for a mental escape, or something more.

Why yoga?

As a busy mum I understand how hard it is juggling family, work and life in general. If you can carve out some precious time for yourself, however short, you want to make it count.

That’s why I love yoga - it’s a one-stop practice for body, mind and soul.

One session can bring me better strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, immunity, sleep, digestion, resilience, mental calm, emotional balance, mindset and more.

What I offer

I believe that yoga is for everybody. I teach ALL levels, whether you’ve been practising yoga for years, never set foot on a mat, or perhaps are returning after a long break.

My weekly group classes in Fulham are Dynamic Vinyasa Yoga. We flow through a series of poses moving from more intense, faster sequences into slower, long holds and stretches then ending with some deep relaxation. I often weave some yoga philosophy through my classes and love a good playlist.

I offer challenge but also provide modifications to poses so everyone can find the version that best suits them.

I teach group yoga classes, private 1:1 yoga or small group privates and corporate yoga classes in Parsons Green and around South West London.

I also run Menopause Yoga Workshops for those going through either Perimenopause, Menopause or Post-Menopause. These sessions provide an opportunity to connect with yourself and others in a safe, welcoming space. They include group discussion, sharing helpful information and a nourishing yoga practice specifically focussed towards alleviating symptoms associated with the various stages of menopause. The yoga practice combines Dynamic Hatha, Restorative Yoga, breathwork and meditation techniques.
